| I am
originally from Sanford, Maine, and currently live in the southern heat
of Nashville, TN. I'm just a traveling wilbury, touring the southern
states, playing my silly bass guitar for a living... doesn't get any better
than that!
I'm a huge baseball fan, RED SOX, and love
dogs, even though I don't own one. Food is my ultimate enemy, and
beer goes down like water. At one time, I was the funnel king, but
that's a story for another time.
I am an extremely versatile player and
pride myself in delivering solid bass lines for any style called for.
Whether it's country, rock, funk, or disco, my amphibious style of play
can cover all the grounds needed to fulfill the gig.
Between my tours throughout the US and
the Virgin Islands, I also spend some time in the downtown Nashville circuit
playing such venues as The Rutledge, Second Fiddle, Crossroads, Past Perfect,
and The Whisky Island.
I'm 31 years old and single. It's
hard to "go steady" while always on the road. But I'm hopeful I'll
meet the right girl soon. My stage name is Rock Lobster, partly because
I'm from Maine and partly because my grandfather was a lobsterman out of
Kennebunk Port for many years (I miss you pepere!).
Since I won't be winning any Grammy Awards
anytime soon I'll give my speech here... I want to give a shout out to
my friends, family, my grandmother and my mother. I wouldn't be where
I am with out you. Love you all!
My mom is running this web site for me
because she is my biggest fan... thanks mom! Please check out her
web site too www.darlenemichaud.com
